Note on data processing: We respect your privacy and process personal data within the framework of current data protection law only on the basis of legal provisions or if you consent to the processing. As a matter of principle, we do not pass on any data to third parties.
In the registration form, we process data on the following legal basis:
- Private address“ section: Data processing based on § 30 BMG with storage period of one year.
- Section „Private address“ / „Invoice address“: Data processing based on Art. 6 (1) b), c) DSGVO with storage period for ten years according to § 147 AO and § 257 HGB.
- Section „Data protection consent to voluntary information“: Data processing based on Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO with storage period until consent is revoked.
You are entitled to the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access: Pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, you may request confirmation as to whether data concerning you are being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about the information processed.*
- Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR.*
- Right to object: Insofar as the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our company, you may object to the processing at any time in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.*
- Right to erasure: Provided that you have withdrawn your consent, objected to the processing of your personal data (and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing), your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, a corresponding legal obligation exists or your personal data have been processed unlawfully, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 DSGVO.*
- Right to rectification: if your personal data have been processed inaccurately, you have the right to request that they be rectified without undue delay in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.*
- Right to restriction of processing: under the conditions of Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.*
- Right to data portability: In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive personal data provided by you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
